This role is not just about executionit's about taking charge. We need a self-driven, hands-on Power Electronics Engineer who is ready to lead designs, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Lead power electronics design & development from concept to implementation.

PCB design & layout for power circuits, ensuring performance & manufacturability.

Own testing, validation & compliance (EMI/EMC, UL, IEC, IS standards).

Firmware collaboration controller design, logic development, and integration.

Optimize system efficiency & reliability through prototyping & simulations.

Contribute to product packaging & production for scalable deployment.

Work closely with the founding team, providing technical leadership & direction.

Requirements

What You Bring:

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Power Electronics, or related fields.

2+ years of industry experience in power electronics (design, testing, and production).

Hands-on PCB design experience (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, etc.).

Understanding of power components (MOSFETs, IGBTs, magnetics).

Testing & compliance knowledge (EMI/EMC, safety, certifications).

Basic firmware skills (STM32, ESP32, TI controllers logic & control).

Ability to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Great team player ready to collaborate, innovate, and grow.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in wireless power transfer, high-frequency power electronics.

Knowledge of thermal management, BMS, and energy storage.

Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, or embedded C for hardware interfacing.
