Portfolio Property Manager

Taylor Management is looking for a skilled and experienced Portfolio Property Manager to oversee a selection of properties within our diverse portfolio in Bergen County. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management, operation, and financial performance of multiple residential communities, ensuring a high standard of service and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, leasing, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize operational costs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns .
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on residential properties.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
