Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an E Coat Technician to join their team. As an E Coat Technician, you will be part of the E-Coat department supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: E Coat Technician
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay Range:
$18-$26 per hour
What's the Job?
Operate and monitor the e-coat system to apply various colors to parts.
Assist in hanging parts on racks and loading them into the e-coat system.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on e-coat equipment.
Monitor and log data related to tank levels and operating parameters.
Train new employees and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of E Coating experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Basic math skills, including volume measurements.
Previous e-coat experience is preferred but not required.
