Job Description

Job Summary:

Maintain the plating line for production in accordance with work instructions, policies, procedures, safe work practices, and direction from the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Verify and document amperage settings and report problems.

Visually monitor lines watching for malfunctions and conditions detrimental to the plating function

Verify and document temperatures.

Maintains Hoists: Operation, Transfer Locations, Prox Switches, Light Curtains, Distance sensors, and Estops.

Responsible for Tank Maintenance: Rinsing down tanks, filling and topping off of tanks, and rinsing down tanks.

Rack Maintenance as needed

Additional duties with similar responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Job Summary:
