Position Summary and Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing manufacturing plant using the Parker Lean and Win Strategy to deliver world-class safety, quality, delivery, and cost results. You'll own site performance end-to-end?developing people, improving processes, and driving profitable growth through operational excellence and disciplined strategy deployment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment of which three years was in a team leadership role
Automation and robotics experience preferred.
LEAN manufacturing training or experience
Experience using ERP
Commercial knowledge
Outstanding communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to build and lead a team through change
Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work without direct supervision
Plant Manager is expected to be onsite 5 days a week.
