With a growing footprint and a focus on operational excellence, the company is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead its Quakertown, PA facility.

The Plant Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production, employee engagement, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role will lead teams across production, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain while driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.

• Oversee all plant functions including production, maintenance, logistics, inventory, quality, and safety.
• Execute operational strategies to achieve production targets and customer delivery timelines.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture focused on lean manufacturing, cost control, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as executive leadership, engineering, sales, and project management to ensure operational alignment.
• Manage plant budgets, cost forecasts, and performance metrics to optimize profitability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations (OSHA and other applicable standards) while promoting a safety-first culture.
• Lead, develop, and mentor plant staff to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement activities in coordination with supply chain teams.
• Uphold a strong commitment to product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of plant management or senior manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within the building products or construction materials industry.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in managing plant operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing plant budgets and KPIs.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to foster a culture of accountability and growth.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing technology platforms is a plus.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance best practices.
