Plant Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Plant Administrator. This role is based in our facility in Asheville, NC and reports to the Plant Manager.

We are seeking an energetic individual to assist with coordinating the administrative duties, issuing purchase orders maintaining various spreadsheets and receiving and verifying invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain various spreadsheets, data entry
• Administrative duties to support managers
• Issue and receive Purchase Orders
• Maintain Contractor Insurance records
• Clerical Duties, including Memo's, Notices, Newsletters, and various reports
• Work closely with Manufacturing and Human Resources Teams
• Perform other administrative duties

Requirements

• College Diploma or certification in Office Administration, HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in office administration
• Manufacturing/Plant Experience considered as an asset
• Experience in SAP considered as an asset
• Strong computer skills and MS Office knowledge
• Excellent Communication and time management skills
• HSE focused and detail oriented
• Self starter and a strong team player
• Ability to develop strong relationships with different levels of employees
