Pick and Packer (Fulfillment)

Pick and Packer position will work directly with our Hemp team.

• Order Processing: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customers' orders with meticulous attention to detail at a high volume.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, promptly addressing any discrepancies to ensure accurate and seamless operations.
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipping logistics, prepare packages for dispatch, and liaise with shipping carriers for pick-ups and troubleshooting.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on products before shipment to uphold our company's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Relay any quality control issues you see to operations.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments for smooth coordination of the order fulfillment processes.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, or inventory discrepancies.
• Customer Service Support: Provide excellent customer service by assisting our customer service team with pertinent information when available in regard to customer inquiries about shipping, tracking, and order status.

$18/hour - Freelance/On Call, 2 days a week

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Per state law, you must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
• Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or related roles is ideal but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including basic familiarity with Shopify, Google Docs, Shippo, and the USPS website interface.
• Strong record-keeping ethics with a good memory.
• Must be on site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
