• Role: Physician at SteadyMD
• Location: Fully Remote
• Schedule: Must be able to provide a minimum 10 hours/week of availability
• Compensation: Hourly rates of $120/hour

Requirements

• Experience in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) required
• Board certified and in possession of a valid DEA certification
• At least 2 years post-graduate independent practice
• Comfort with technology , professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience strongly preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• At-Home Testing & Personalized Care: Patients start with a comprehensive at-home blood test, analyzing 50+ biomarkers. You'll create individualized TRT plans based on the results and follow up with quarterly blood tests and virtual consultations.
• Telehealth Convenience: Conduct all consultations remotely, offering flexibility and the ability to practice from anywhere.
• Ongoing Patient Engagement : Engage with patients every 90 days to monitor progress and optimize treatments, fostering long-term relationships.
• Provide culturally reflective services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender
• Interpret lab values and conduct scheduled remote consultation visits with patients
• Request further diagnostic tests as necessary based on patient outcomes or requirements
• Evaluation of patient's medical history, physical findings and diagnostic/laboratory data
• Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion between patients and providers
• Collaborate with other SteadyMD clinicians
