Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapist!

We are on the lookout for a motivated and caring Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in physical therapy, exceptional clinical capabilities, and a genuine commitment to assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation milestones.

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 annually, including comprehensive benefits.
Work Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Small community hospital located west of San Antonio and Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
• Guide patients and their families on effective home exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress, revising care plans as needed.
• Partner with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide seamless patient care.
• Ensure accurate medical records are maintained in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

What You Need to Qualify:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid TX Physical Therapist license.
• At least two years of clinical experience (new graduates are welcome to apply!).
• Skilled in manual therapy and familiar with EMR platforms like WebPT.
• Clean professional licensure record.
