Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate and innovative Physical Therapist to join our team at an assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will excel in evaluating residents? needs and crafting tailored treatment plans to help them regain strength, alleviate pain, and maximize independence. As a valued member of our team, you'll work in a supportive and dynamic environment focused on improving residents? quality of life.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM
Caseload: Up to 7 patients daily (35 weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of residents? physical capabilities and design individualized therapy programs.
• Employ a blend of manual therapy and evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility and reduce discomfort.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing staff and family members, to provide holistic care.
• Inspire and motivate residents to actively engage in their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress milestones.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (open to new graduates).
• Proficiency with EMR systems, such as WebPT.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
