Full-time Physical Therapist Needed in Princeton, New Jersey
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:
We are actively looking for a Physical Therapist to be part of a diverse group of healthcare professionals. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to create and implement customized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical needs, and chronic pain.
Work Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Patients Volume: 5 - 7 patients per day
Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive orthopedic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdisciplinary discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and at-home exercises.
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and facility standards.
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy and interdisciplinary practices.
Requirements
- Physical therapy licensure in good standing in the State of New Jersey (required)
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team is highly preferred
- Additional certifications in orthopedic specialties (e.g., OCS) or manual therapy are a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programs
- Ability to create and adapt treatment plans based on team input and patient progress
