We're looking for Physical Therapists who want to break out of the clinic and into real-life settings where your skills change lives. As an in-home PT, you'll work one-on-one with clients to help them move better, recover stronger, and get back to doing the things they love.

What You'll Be Doing:- Travel to client homes and provide personalized physical therapy sessions
- Assess movement, strength, and mobility challengesand build plans thatworkfor real life
- Teach exercises, functional techniques, and modifications to reduce pain and improve daily living
- Motivate and guide clients through recovery at their pace
- Communicate with families and other healthcare team members to keep progress moving
- You're a licensed Physical Therapist (or graduating soon!)
- You're all aboutfunction, not just fixing symptoms
- You enjoy one-on-one work and want to build real relationships
- You're flexible, independent, and comfortable managing your own schedule
- You've got a valid driver's license and don't mind a little windshield time

What We're Looking For:- A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in physical therapy, especially in a home health setting, is a plus but not required.
- Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor that connects with patients and their families.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A desire to learn and grow in your role, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
