• Perform evaluations and create tailored therapy plans
• Use evidence-based practices to treat mobility and functional impairments
• Work alongside physicians, nurses, and therapists to support patient recovery
• Maintain thorough documentation on patient status and progress

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
• Active California PT license and current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in rehabilitation or related care
• Technical knowledge in customized therapy planning and execution
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered mindset
