• Conduct patient evaluations and create personalized therapy plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient mobility and strength
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and effectiveness of treatments

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
• Active PA PT state license and Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of clinical experience in rehabilitation or similar settings
• Proficiency in developing and executing individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered approach
