Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans.

Provide top-notch clinical care and ensure clinical excellence.

Collaborate with the team to provide integrated care.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Regular communication with referring physicians.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Physical Therapist at Performance Optimal Health, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a valid State PT license
• Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus
• 0-4 years of experience, although recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ownership and accountability mindset.
