An orthopedic outpatient clinic in Foster City, California is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients improve movement and recover from injuries. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, and supporting hands-on therapy in a well-equipped clinical environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Compensation:

• $75,000 $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through prescribed therapy exercises and monitor their progress.
• Assist with hands-on therapy and the use of rehabilitation equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and at-home exercises.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid PTA license in California.
• Two or more years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Proficiency with EMR systems like WebPT.
• Strong background in manual therapy techniques.
