Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Join an Outpatient Team Focused on Recovery!

Job Summary:

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position is available at our Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice, specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation in Delray Beach, FL. This role involves working alongside PTs, PTAs, and Rehab Techs to assist with rehabilitation exercises, implement treatment plans, and support patients in regaining function.

Schedule:

• Options include (4) 10-hour shifts or Monday-Friday (8 AM 4 PM or 9 AM 5 PM).
• No weekend shifts.

Compensation: $55K to $60K annually , based on experience.

Patient Volume: 1-11/2 patients an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Physical Therapists with patient care and exercise programs.
• Track and document patient progress.
• Keep therapy spaces and equipment in top condition.
• Assist with patient intake and scheduling.
• Conduct movement assessments as part of rehabilitation plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in Florida.
• Previous experience as a PTA is preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as WebPT.
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
