Job Summary:

Join our Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice , specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Rehabilitation in Boca Raton, FL. As part of a team of skilled PTs, PTAs, and Rehab Techs, you'll play a key role in patient recovery, assisting with treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises aimed at restoring movement and strength.

Schedule:

• Flexible options: (4) 10-hour shifts or Monday-Friday (8 AM 4 PM or 9 AM 5 PM).
• No weekends.

Compensation: $55K to $60K annually , depending on experience.

Patient Volume: 1-11/2 patients an hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and relay updates to the care team.
• Keep therapy equipment clean and treatment spaces prepared.
• Assist with scheduling and patient check-in.
• Perform basic mobility and movement assessments.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in Florida.
• Previous experience as a PTA is preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as WebPT.
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
