Our growth is driven off of referrals from customers, centers of influence, and having great people to serve them.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Focused on providing exceptional customer service
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Work with producers to maintain high customer retention
• Manage customer communication & documentation
• Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email
• Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements
• Facilitate the claims process, as needed

Requirements

• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong Problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Positive attitude
• Preferred bachelor's degree or insurance background
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace

P&C insurance license and experience preferred

Insurance experience preferred
