Role: Performance Manager

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The person will be independently managing the new user acquisition at the candidate side for all the paid channels
  • This person will be responsible for improving the key business metrics like:-

o MAU from new users, SL/MAU, DAU/MAU

o Cost per acquisition

o Share of focus pockets on MAU - GIG,

o Improving quality of targeting of new users in terms of FF%

  • This person will also be responsible for adding new acquisition channels across different partners like:-

o Affiliates (e.g. Xapads, momentous, Inmobi, Ironsource)

o Perf Ads based partnership (Phonepe, TOI, Gpay)

o Programmatic channels (Moloco, liftoff)

  • This person will also liaise with key stakeholders across brand, product, tech & operations to derive insights, improve comms & improve quality of user acquisition


Persona/Background:-

  • 4-5 years of work experience in a performance marketing role.
  • Worked in a big performance marketing agency before and is super analytical
  • Prior experience of working in a big B2C startup is referred
  • App Marketing experience must
  • Experience in team management & agency management
  • Complete understanding of key biddable channels - Google & Facebook
  • Prior management of programmatic channels like Moloco, Liftoff, DV360 will be an add on
  • Strong analytical skills & hands experience of managing large & complex data.
  • Understanding of analytical tools like GA4, Adobe, etc. Knowledge of SQL, Python will be advantage
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management & working with cross functional teams
