The Role We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition through high-impact paid campaigns across digital channels.

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels
• Drive high-quality lead acquisition and improve funnel conversion
• Continuously optimise budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve performance
• Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
