Skrapp.io is SaaS company helping professionals worldwide grow their businesses and broaden their reach. We provide leads search and email search and verification tools that allows marketers and sales professional perform accurate cold outreach campaigns and collect key business information.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to set up and execute marketing and growth strategies:

The scope of the Performance Marketing Manager is:

Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage influencer marketing programs to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Video Advertising: Oversee video advertising campaigns (YouTube, Meta, TikTok etc.) with a focus on ROI and storytelling.

Paid SMM: Run and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora and other relevant platforms.

Search Ads: Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) to drive acquisition and conversions.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives.

Track, analyze, and report on performance, using data to continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in influencer outreach, video ads, social ads, and Google Ads.

Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.

Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.

Creative thinker with a passion for testing new channels and strategies

Benefits

Contract:

We only offer contractor/freelancer contracts to our team members with yearly paid days off (25 days per year) and up to 5 national days off based on your country of residence. You will be responsible for paying for your local health insurance, and retirement plan if you require one.

Work Environment:

We are a team of young professionals working remotely from Spain, France, India, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. The position is fully remote; you will enjoy flexible working hours from anywhere in the world. We also plan up to 2 retreats per year to exotic destinations accessible by the team members, which represents a chance to meet, discuss, work, and do fun activities.
