Performance Analyst

VSI Infotech LLP is looking for a detail-oriented Performance Analyst to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for analyzing performance data across various departments to provide insights that will help improve efficiency and productivity. • Collect and analyze performance metrics and data to identify trends and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with at least 4 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing performance dashboards and reports is a plus.
