• Hours: 8:00pm-6:00am 4 nights a week, Weekend Nights and PRN Nights, Day Shift
• Case Details: Various ages of children ages birth thru 30+years old with technologies that might include g-tube, trach and ventilator.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, review, and revision of the plan of care.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's treatment plan and client's individual plan of care.
• Observe, record, and report reactions to treatment and any changes in client's condition.
• Provide ongoing instruction and supervision to client, family, or other health team personnel.
• Monitor and document patient's condition and provided care services through electronic charting.
• Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, and staff meetings.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Positive, Professional attitude
