Job Description

Pediatric ICU Nurse Practitioner (PICU) I/II

San Francisco, CA

200-250K + Performance Bonus + Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available!

The Pediatric ICU Nurse Practitioner provides care to patients with a moderate to high complexity of disease such as those recovering from solid organ transplantation, requiring non-invasive mechanical ventilation including BIPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, titration of anticoagulant therapy, and post-operative specialty surgery care (ENT, neurosurgery).

Requirements

Nurse Practitioner INurse Practitioner II

Nurse Practitioner I

Minimum of two (2) years of recent experience working as an RN in a Pediatric ICU or Pediatric Acute Care setting. Applicants without PICU RN experience will be trained to cover Transitional Care only
Master's Degree in Nursing with an Acute Care pediatric nurse practitioner specialization

Nurse Practitioner II

Minimum of six (6) months PICU or Pediatric Acute Care NP experience. NPs without PICU experience will be trained to cover TCUP only
