The Patriot Battle Management, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (BMC4I) Integrated Product Team (IPT) is seeking a Material Program Manager to join the Global Supply Chain Management team(GSCM).
This role has a high preference for on-site presence in Andover, MA.
What You Will Do:
Be the GSCM representative supporting/reporting to the IPT Production Line Execution (PLE) on the SCRUM Team on behalf of the GSCM team
Monitoring and actioning Hardware Build-Chain (HBC) Metrics
Driving capacity increase initiatives
On-time delivery
Leading the execution for Kits and Spares
The ability to obtain financial Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
Display strong communication, influence management, collaboration, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers
Experience with program management tools (e.g. IPDS / IMS / MPS) and/or factory management tools (e.g. Kinaxis, PRISM/SAP, PEARLS)
Risk & Opportunity Management Experience
Familiarity with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) & Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) contracts
Operations and/or Global Supply Chain Experience
Ability to address multiple issues at one time and set priorities
Experience with Factory & Business execution tools such as Wavetrack & MSALT
Experience on Patriot programs

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate?s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
