As a Patient Services Specialist at Lynx Therapeutics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive outstanding support and care. You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from inquiry to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information regarding their treatment plans.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, follow-ups, and necessary referrals as needed.
Assist patients with navigating healthcare systems and accessing available resources, including financial assistance programs.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to streamline patient services and improve overall patient satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or patient services role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
