Pathway Program - Content Creative Intern

We are Two Circles. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doingthe way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about one of the following skillsets: video production, video editing, project management, graphic design or animation. Background in sports creative a plus but not required.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as they will be working closely with a team of professionals on client work throughout our business.

They should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, as well as be comfortable with taking direction and receiving constructive criticism. They should be able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and be able to think on their feet. This person should also have a strong attention to detail and is eager to learn and grow in the field.

The fast-paced, dynamic environment at Two Circles provides a unique opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, including but not limited to:

• Assist with pre-production tasks including brainstorming and project ideation

• Help with the execution and creation of projects whether it's filming, editing, or designing (based on your creative skillset)

• Contribute to team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Ultimately, the barometer of success for our work is quality results and business growth for our clients, some of which include Amazon Sports on Prime, College Football Playoff, F1 Miami Grand Prix, KC Current, NASCAR, EA, & Premiere League. This program is designed to prepare students and/or graduating students for full-time roles by providing meaningful projects, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.

The ideal applicant would demonstrate aptitude in the following areas:

• Passion for sports and content creation

• Previous experience or a strong interest in the creative industry

• Ability to spot emerging trends in social media and a passion for storytelling

• Experience in, and an eagerness to learn more about, Adobe Creative Suite

• Great self-starting attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

• Being a team player and going above and beyond for others

• Problem-solving and an ability to think outside the box

• Strong communication skills

About the Role

Program Dates: 8 weeks, starting in mid-June

Internship Interview Timeline (Virtual or In-Person): December-March

Paid Opportunity: Compensation will be an hourly rate dependent on experience (Range: $18-$20/HR)

In-person working: At one of our Kansas City, Miami, Los Angeles or New York City offices depending on your location
