Job Description


Seeking an entry level associate and an associate with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
  • Attend hearings, discovery conferences, and depositions
  • Review and analyze patent portfolios
  • Develop and implement legal strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to identify and achieve desired outcomes
  • Participate in trial preparation

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one state
  • Candidates should possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, for our patent and other intellectual property litigation practice.
