Job Description
Seeking an entry level associate and an associate with 3+ years of experience.
- Conduct legal research
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Attend hearings, discovery conferences, and depositions
- Review and analyze patent portfolios
- Develop and implement legal strategies for clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to identify and achieve desired outcomes
- Participate in trial preparation
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state
- Candidates should possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, for our patent and other intellectual property litigation practice.
