Job Description

Seeking an entry level associate and an associate with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
Attend hearings, discovery conferences, and depositions
Review and analyze patent portfolios
Develop and implement legal strategies for clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to identify and achieve desired outcomes
Participate in trial preparation

Requirements

J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in at least one state
Candidates should possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, for our patent and other intellectual property litigation practice.
