This position provides the flexibility to work remotely or to have a hybrid schedule. Space in either of the firm?s physical offices in Dallas and Houston, Texas is also available. Requirements: Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Professional attitude and superior work ethic. Ability to work well as part of a team and individually. B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. degree in electrical mechanical engineering, computer science, or computer biomedical engineering, or a strong background in medical device technology, and At least 1 year of experience where the candidate?s primary responsibility was the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, preferably in the electrical, software, mechanical, biomedical, and/or computer arts medical device technology areas. Salary is competitive and commensurate with work experience. Insurance benefits, 401(k) plan, and relocation package are provided. A part-time partnership track is also available.
