Join Ericsson's Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing department as a Patent Professional and play an essential role in developing influential intellectual property assets that encapsulate the innovative spirit of Ericsson. Identify potential patentable inventions, evaluate their technical, business, and legal viability, and procure enforceable patent protections across various jurisdictions in alignment with Ericsson's overarching strategies. Your role will encompass the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, management of patent portfolios, and creation of licensing packages for prospective licensees. Furthermore, you'll participate in licensing negotiations and, and assisting in executing license agreements, which will deliver considerable business benefits to Ericsson.
Candidate must be licensed to practice before the United State Patent and Trademark Office and should be licensed to practice law in at least one state.
