Patent Analyst/Paralegal

Warner Norcross + Judd has an immediate opening for a non-lawyer Patent Analyst/Paralegal to join our Detroit or Grand Rapids office. The Patent Analyst/Paralegal will provide sophisticated technical support on patent preparation and prosecution matters. The Patent Analyst/Paralegal will work under the supervision and guidance of attorneys in our IP practice group. Our parent team has deep bench strength with 15 full-time registered patent attorneys and patent agents. All of our patent practitioners have technical undergraduate degrees, and some additionally have postgraduate technical degree. Many of them have prior work experience as engineers and specialist within their respective fields. Consequently, our patent team understands and appreciates the technical considerations and practicalities of patent issues.
