Parts Sales and Service Coordinator

Recruiting for a Parts and Service Coordinator for Diesel powered equipment national family owned company to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of parts sales, orders and service appointments, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations. You will be the key point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships while providing expert assistance with their parts and service needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders for parts and coordinating timely delivery.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information on parts, services, and pricing.
• Collaborating with service technicians to schedule and manage service appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory and customer interactions.
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve service operations.
• Assisting with the promotion of new parts and service options to customers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in parts coordination or technical support.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
