Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join their team. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the parts department. Your main responsibilities will include receiving and processing parts orders, ensuring accurate inventory levels, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery, and maintaining clear records of parts transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, assisting with parts inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a parts coordinator role or related position
  • Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management
