Partnerships Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Marketing Manager to mange our sales and marketing partnership initiatives across our 13 markets globally. This role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential marketing partnership opportunities that align with Laundryheap's business objectives and growth strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration.
• Negotiate partner marketing deals and co-marketing investments
• Lead and innovate our existing affiliates program, whilst also exploring other potential partnership opportunities
• Identify needs & brief to designers for partner enablement materials, including marketing collateral and sales pitches
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to integrate partnership initiatives effectively.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for strategic alliances.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role, preferably within the tech or service industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results within set timelines.
• A creative mindset, ready to bring ideas to the table for brand collabs and commercial partnerships
• Adept at building and leveraging professional networks to achieve strategic objectives.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
