Position Summary Shutts & Bowen LLP is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner to join its Tax practice group. This position can be based out of any of our Florida locations. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience practicing in a law firm. This position will require expertise in the area of Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters such as defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans. Qualified candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one. Portable book of business is highly preferred. Compensation is very competitive.
