Job Description


Taft Law is seeking a partner or counsel, with a portable book of business, to join the Energy practice group in Washington Washington, D.C. Ideal candidates will have FERC regulatory, RTO (Regional Transmission Organization), and transactional experience; lobbying experience will also be considered but is not our primary focus. Experience with MISO (Midcontinent Independent System Operator), PJM (Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland Interconnection), and/or SPP (Southwest Power Pool ) Pool) is preferred.
