Partner Marketing Manager - Powerflex Supply

Role Summary:

As our Partner Performance Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our network of educators, influencers, and well-known ranchers who champion the Powerflex brand and drive sales. You'll oversee both online and traditional marketing channels, ensuring Powerflex Partners and Affiliates have the tools, information and support necessary to drive revenue and the Powerflex brand performance. Our "ideal" candidate will have a Ranching or Agriculture background. Prior experience marketing ranch or ag products Direct to Consumer (DTC) is a major plus.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other relevant degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 Years work experience in similar or higher role.
• Marketing and/or Partner/Affiliate Coordinator role or similar experience with DTC products.

What You'll Do

Partner and Affiliate Engagement:

• Cultivate relationships with our network of Partners and Affiliates, including educators, influencers, and experienced ranchers.
• Collaborate closely with partners to align marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to help partners effectively promote Powerflex products.

Educational Outreach:

• Work hand-in-hand with partners to inspire and inform ranchers across all livestock types (cattle, sheep, goats, poultry, etc.).
• Develop educational content, webinars, and workshops that empower ranchers to adopt rotational grazing and regenerative practices.
• Foster a sense of community among partners and their audiences.

Team IntegrationPartner to Rancher Success Manager:

• Collaborate and connect partners and Powerflex Rancher Success manager to create personalized grazing management plans.

Marketing Resources and Enablement:

• Equip partners with the necessary marketing materials to promote Powerflex effectively.
• Provide ready-to-use content, sales collateral, and educational resources.
• Empower partners to integrate Powerflex messaging into their own marketing channels.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

• Monitor partner performance metrics, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
• Continuously optimize partner strategies based on data insights.
• Celebrate successes and address challenges collaboratively.

Location San Antonio, TX in the newly renovated historic building on San Antonio Riverwalk.
