Stanton Law LLC is a growing Atlanta-based, business-side Firm, specializing in helping its clients keep their business issues from becoming legal problems. We are a Why-centered shop and our purpose is simple: We're cultivating a non-traditional, entrepreneurial Firm in which we build and maintain fulfilling and sustainable lives in and out of work. We are currently seeking attorneys with at least four years of legal experience for a non-equity partner position. The ideal candidate will have at least a $250,000 transportable book of business in one of the following practice areas: transactions and contracts, management-side employment counseling, executive compensation, immigration, intellectual property, succession planning and asset protection, healthcare, tax planning and counseling, health and welfare benefits (ERISA), executive compensation, civil litigation, or financial services. Other practice areas and specialties will be considered, provided they are business-oriented and management side. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain profitable client relationships. An active Bar license and a clean disciplinary history are prerequisites.
