The Woodbridge, NJ office

The Woodbridge Office is currently seeking looking for a later Partner/Sr. Associate. Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident General Liability Partner to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluate new files.
• Client communications.
• Discovery production.
• Research and product liability preferred. Trial experience preferred.

  The successful candidate will be barred in NJ. The candidate should be self-motivated, a self-starter, an independent thinker with exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational prepare legal memoranda on various areas of law.

• Prepare and writing/communication skills, argue discovery.
• Substantive, dispositive pre- and with the ability to work as part of post-trial motions and appeals.
• Attend pretrial listings.
• Motions and trial.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a team JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in a high-volume, fast paced work environment. At good standing in New Jersey.
• At least 5 years of litigation experience is required. Book of existing work a plus but not required.

• Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and maintain an active license product liability preferred. Trial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in good standing in New Jersey.

• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with remote excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work options.

This is a hybrid position.

The salary rage for this position being remote may be discussed is $100,000-$150,000 and represents C&W's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon interview.
