Job description
Techcombank Reward and OneU are lifestyle platforms within the Techcombank & One Mount Group digital ecosystem – connecting users with essential daily services (food, travel, entertainment, retail, etc.) in a convenient, smart, and personalized way.
Main responsibilities:
1. Developing a network of new partners (80%)

Proactively seek out, approach, and negotiate partnerships with brands to collaborate on e-vouchers on Techcombank Reward & OneU.
Focus on the F&B category, but also expand to include Fashion, Healthcare, and Hotels/Resorts.
Target merchant segment: Key account (SME), for example: Ding Tea, Don Chicken, A25 Hotel, Canifa, etc.

2. Promote program effectiveness (20%)

Continue to support partners after the contract is signed, assisting with inquiries/complaints to avoid sudden termination of cooperation.
Collaborate with relevant departments (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to drive transactions for ongoing programs and negotiate new deals to replace existing ones when necessary.
Ensure that programs remain on-site on the platform and do not run out of stock or expire prematurely.

Job requirements
Graduated from college/university.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in B2B partner development in the following areas: E-commerce, Fintech, Payment, Loyalty... A thorough understanding of B2B partnership models, especially loyalty, vouchers, food delivery, and user incentives, is required.
Proactive, persistent, and responsible towards personal KPIs, and especially possessing strong independent working skills.
Professional communication creates a positive impression.
