The Real Estate Finance Practice Group in our Charlotte office is seeking a Paralegal to join the team. This role supports a dynamic real estate finance practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This position provides support in the execution of complex real estate finance transactions including diligence review, drafting of loan documents, and closing coordination.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm
Commercial real estate experience is required
Strongly preferred: (1) Bachelor's degree, (2) Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, or (3) Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation
