Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Paralegal in the firm?s Professional Liability Department in our Mount Laurel, NJ Office.Philadelphia office. The paralegal will assist a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process, subject to the supervision of the attorney responsible for the matter. Responsibilities include supporting all facets of discovery; trial and appellate preparation; court filings; document management and production; and exhibit preparation. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree plus paralegal certificate Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Kofax/Nuance, iManage, and Lexis Nexis Knowledge of the local court systems is a must with a strong preference for knowledge of the state and federal courts in New Jersey Knowledge of billable hours and billing software Post & Schell offers paralegals a competitive compensation and benefits package which includes medical, dental, life insurance, disability, Profit Sharing 401(k), generous paid time off, professional association membership, and flexible work schedules.
