As a Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury, you will be responsible for managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case progress.
Assist with the preparation of trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.
Attend client meetings and court proceedings when necessary.
Maintain and update case management systems and calendars.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
Strong knowledge of personal injury legal principles and terminology.
