Paralegal

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Managing files, documents, and evidence, including all pleadings, discovery and deadlines. Draft correspondence and pleadings. Obtain all relevant medical records, organize and maintain medical records. Scheduling and preparing attorneys for meetings with clients and experts. Acting as the liaison among attorneys, health care providers, experts, vendors, courts, and clients. Identify and contact expert witnesses. Assist with trial preparation, draft and prepare trial exhibits. Attend trials to support attorneys. Education and Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal certification preferred. High school diploma at a minimum. 2 - 5 years' paralegal experience at a minimum. Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with time entry. Excellent written, oral communication, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Team-oriented with strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
