Paralegal Clerk

San Francisco law firm specializing in complex litigation, including prisoner rights class actions, employment discrimination, disability rights, and commercial litigation, seeks candidates for a paralegal clerk in-person position. The position requires excellent analytical skills, as well as written and oral communications. The role primarily involves correspondence with our incarcerated clients, and requires visiting our clients in prisons and jails throughout the State of California. Our practice is unusual and requires us to invest in considerable orientation and training. Please do not apply if you cannot make a two-year commitment to the firm. A bachelors? degree or equivalent, a valid CA driver?s license or ability to obtain a license promptly, as well as proof of full vaccination plus booster if eligible against Covid-19, are required, subject to requesting an exemption based on medical condition or disability or sincerely held religious belief. The salary for this position is $54,000, subject to a raise on January 1, 2024 and again at the employee?s one year anniversary.
