What You'll Do In-Home Consultative Sales

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for thoughtful, in-depth consultations
• Ask smart, relevant questions to understand their goals, concerns, and priorities
• Educate homeowners on solutions they truly need?not what they?re pressured to buy

• Design and present window and door solutions that improve both aesthetics and function
• Clearly explain value, investment, and long-term benefits in a calm, confident manner
• Speak intelligently and credibly?without jargon or sales theatrics

• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process at a respectful pace
• Confidently?ask for the opportunity to earn their business?without pressure
• Close sales through trust, clarity, and professionalism
• Ensure contracts and details are accurately entered into the CRM

• Stay connected with homeowners from first meeting through project completion
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Build long-term relationships and strong referrals

• Not pushy, not aggressive?but confident, persuasive, and composed
• High emotional intelligence; you read the room and adjust naturally
• Comfortable asking for the sale without making homeowners uncomfortable
• Detail-oriented and organized?you don?t miss important information

• Ability to work independently in the field throughout the St. Louis area
• Strong in-home sales or consultative selling experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
