We're seeking a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth through new customer acquisition.

Job Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative at OSA, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on selling our staffing solutions to new clients, meeting sales targets, and expanding our clients base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

3. Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our staffing solutions.

4. Understand clients needs, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.

5. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our clients base.

6. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market trends, clients needs, and competitor activity.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the staffing industry

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
